What is this Shapeways place and why does the shop link to their site?

Collected Edition products are made with our friends at Shapeways, a 3D printing company located in NYC and the Netherlands. Our pieces are exclusively available through their Marketplace, a unique e-commerce platform that allows independent artists and designers to sell their work directly to customers. All pieces purchased through Shapeways ship directly from their fulfillment center.

There's a problem with my order.

We're so sorry to hear that! If you receive the wrong piece or a piece that is broken, incorrectly made, or otherwise flawed, please contact the customer service team at Shapeways.

I have a store and would like to carry your pieces. Do you offer wholesale terms?

At this time, Collected Edition pieces are available only to retail customers and we do not offer wholesale terms.

How do I know my ring or cuff size?

We use standard US sizing for rings and measurement-based sizing for cuffs. If you need help determining or converting your ring size, please check out this chart. To determine your cuff size, simply use a tape measure to calculate the circumference of your wrist. For a tight fit, choose a size closest to the actual measurement. For a looser fit, round up

Why won't my order ship right away?

All our jewelry is made to order, just for you! This is the beauty of using 3D printing to manufacture our jewelry- there's no wasted inventory, and you can choose from a wider range of sizes and materials than would otherwise be possible! We appreciate your patience

Can I order if I'm located outside the United States?

Yes! Shapeways ships to many countries- additional tariffs or shipping may apply.

Do you offer custom services or sizing?

At this time, we are not accepting any new bespoke clients or offering additional customization. If you have any questions about our currently available line of products, please contact us at kasia(at)collected-edition.com. Depending on demand, we may be able to honor custom sizing requests.

I want to learn a little more about 3D printing.

3D printing is pretty awesome. We have basic information and a few simple project tutorials on our companion blog, beulah.io.

I have a question that isn't answered here.
